Interlibrary Loan
Purpose
The Interlibrary
Loan service locates and retrieves materials that are not available in
this library and which are needed for study and research.
Eligible patrons
Troy University
students, faculty and staff are eligible for this service. Non-university
patron should contact their institution or public library for interlibrary
loan service.
Hours
Materials can be
picked up any time the library is open.
Fines
The lending
library will determine the due date on each item. All materials
should be returned on or before the due date. Fines will be charged
at the rate of fifty-cents per day per book.

Cost: Usually free; sometimes a copying charge of ten cents per

Copyright Restrictions
The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, US Code)
governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of Copyrighted
material.
Reproduction of copyrighted material can be furnished for the sole purpose
of private study, scholastic study or research. The user may be
liable for copyright infringement for illegal reproduction of copyrighted
material.
Troy University reserves the right to refuse any requests that would
violate the copyright law.
