[Between January and July 1854] Dear Brother I received your leter
this morning which give me great pleasure to hear from you. Though sorry to hear that the power of
attorney would not doe, after your going thare I think that this will do Mr Green and Mr Dyer have both assigned it. I am un well and have bin so for same
time you must excuse me this time for not writing aney more rite as
