• Complete the Lassi Study Skills Inventory www.hhpubco.com/Lassi

• Contact project Director to schedule an initial Assessment
• Contact project Counselor to schedule Academic Assessment
• Your assessment is not finalized until the follow-up appointment with project Counselor to establish goals and objectives on your IEP has been completed
