At the recent Wiregrass Festival of Murals, Nick and Lilly Savannah of Dothan and Amanda Wiggins of Headland are all smiles as they display the sand pails they decorated with the assistance of Troy University Elementary Education major Michelle Murray and Math Education major Gabriel Bass of Dothan. It is one of the many ways Troy University students volunteer within the community.

During the recent Wiregrass Festival of Murals, Laquan Laster of Dothan assembles a model of a wooden tank with the help of Troy University Education major Sabine Byrne of Ozark. Each May, Troy University participates in the festival by providing a variety of fun, free activities for children.
