Outfielder Daniel Porter demonstrates proper throwing techniques to young
players at the Bobby Pierce Troy University Baseball Camp in Dothan. Children
ages 6 to 13 participated in the one-day camp. Event sponsors included the Troy
University Wiregrass Alumni Association, Dothan Leisure Services, Dothan Eagle,
CenturyTel, Photorama, ScreenTech, Holiday Inn Express, Quality Inn, Coca-Cola,
Sports Talk AM 560 WOOF “The Ball,” WOOF 99.7, Durden Outdoor, Burger King, AB&T
National Bank and Regions Bank. |

batting skills under the direction of Coach Pierce and his
players. The annual event is organized by the Troy University
