Mimi Forrest of Cowarts is the recipient of the Junior College Transfer Scholarship.  Forrest plans to major in elementary education at Troy University.  The Junior College Transfer Scholarship is a two-year, half-tuition scholarship available at the Dothan Campus to current transfer students who have an overall college GPA of at least 3.5.
