DOTHAN - Troy University will celebrate Homecoming with a week
of activities on the Dothan Campus. Monday, October 31,
Gamma Beta Phi will hold a Halloween party on the quad from 11
a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Kappa Delta Pi
will sponsor a Cake Walk on the quad Tuesday, November 1,
from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Wednesday,
November 2, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Alliance for
Cultural Diversity will host Cultural Enlightenment Day.
African, Asian, Hispanic, German and Native American culture
will be featured. Music and food will be provided.
The Homecoming
festivities will continue on Thursday, November 3rd, when
the Student Government Association hosts a Tailgate Party. The
event will take place on the quad from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5
p.m. until 6 p.m. Fans can show their Trojan Pride, while
enjoying free food, a pie throwing contest and music provided by
KMX radio.
The events lead
up to the Homecoming Game Saturday, November 5, when the
Trojans play Florida Atlantic University. The game gets underway
at 2:30 p.m. at Movie Gallery Veterans Stadium in Troy.
